Rip101.com will dispatch your order within 1 working day of it being confirmed. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified as to when it will be available.
PLEASE NOTE: May 9th is Liberation Day in Guernsey and is a public holiday; orders placed on this date will be dispatched on May 10th, sorry for any inconvenience.

UK:
UK Mainland FIRST CLASS Standard Post (3 - 5 working day delivery): £3.25
Orders £60+ UK Mainland FIRST CLASS Standard Post (3 - 5 working day delivery): FREE
UK Mainland 48 hour delivery: £7.95
Items on a 48 hour delivery will require a signature on receipt.
UK 48 hour delivery on items £100+: FREE
Europe:
£9.95 per order.
Rest Of World:
£30.00 per order.
We regret that Rip Curl items can only be shipped to EU countries and those authorised by Rip Curl Europe; this excludes Australia and the US.
Please note: Larger or bulkier items such as surf/snow/mountain boards may incur additional postage charges - particularly if you live outside of the UK. We will obviously inform you of any additional charges before your card is debited and you will have the chance to amend or cancel the order. We would advise contacting please at deliveries@rip101.com before you place your order. Mountain boards, skateboards, micro scooters and balance boards cannot be sent by Special Delivery (although most sent to the UK do arrive within 48 hrs).

Last posting dates for GUARANTEED Christmas delivery (you may still receive your item in time if ordering after the dates below, however Rip101.com accept no responsibility for items not received before Christmas if so doing):
UK EXPRESS DELIVERY: Place your UK & IOM order for 48hr delivery by 05:00AM on 22nd December for guaranteed Christmas delivery.
UK STANDARD DELIVERY: Place your UK order for standard delivery by 05:00AM on Monday 19th December.
SCOTLAND: Place your order for standard delivery by 05:00AM Friday 15th December.
BFPO and UK PARCELS: Place your order by 05:00AM Wednesday 14th December for guaranteed Christmas delivery (this applies only to very large/heavy items e.g. luggage).

Rip101.com reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. Rip101.com does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks, adverse weather conditions or postal strikes. Orders sent out on a UK 5 day service may take up to 14 working days for delivery.
Missing Orders:
Occasionally orders do go missing in the Post. If yours hasn't arrived yet, please follow the guidelines below:
Firstly, please ensure you have allowed enough time for your order to be delivered. Orders sent via standard 5 day delivery - please allow up to 14 working days before reporting an item as missing. Orders sent via Special Delivery - please allow up to 48 hours before reporting an item as missing.
It's also a good idea to call your local Post Office in case they tried to deliver whilst you were out, and have taken your order back for collection.
Email us at orders@rip101.com or call 01481 724648 to report your order as missing. We will ask the Post Office to trace the package and in the meantime will despatch replacement item(s) to you (where an exact replacement is unavailable, you may choose an alternative item, a gift certificate or a refund).
Important! Please read our terms and conditions regarding replacements/refunds as follows:
1. Please be aware that should the missing package(s) subsequently be delivered following despatch of replacement item(s) or refund, you will be liable for their speedy return.
2. On performing a trace, should the Post Office believe the item(s) to have been correctly delivered, or if you do not assist with their investigations where necessary, you will be liable for the cost of any replacement item(s) or refund.
3. We reserve the right to charge your Card with the cost of any replacement goods / the original item as appropriate (we promise to contact you first before doing this).
