Returns

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase from Rip101.com you may return it up to
14 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or refund (excluding sale items, see below). We reserve the right to issue a credit note where items are returned late or without a returns number.

IMPORTANT!! Sale Returns:
Unfortunately we are unable to give refunds on items which have been reduced in our sale.

The sale item is recognisable as it has the 'Previous' & 'Sale' price displayed in the products description, e.g.: Was £17.99 - Sale Price: £9.00. In the event of a 'sale' item being unsuitable, you can choose a replacement item from the website for an exchange or we can issue you with a credit note. If there is any difference in price between the original item ordered and the replacement item, your card will be debited/credited for that difference.

When ordering through any Site it is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions regarding returns prior to ordering. We regret we accept no responsibility for Customers who fail to do this. Guernsey is not part of the EU and has different retail laws to the UK.

Certain items cannot be returned, these are highlighted individually.

Returned items must be in original packaging, unused and MUST have all price tags attached. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase and there is no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the items only. If your order qualified for free postage but you are returning all items, we will deduct a delivery fee of £2.95 from your refund. You will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us using a recorded delivery service which requires a proof of delivery. If your item included a free gift for which you now no longer qualify, you must also return this please. We reserve the right to deduct an appropriate fee in compensation for free gifts not returned.

Items being returned for exchange: the same conditions apply as above, however providing the value of the new purchase is the same or greater than the original purchase we will send the new items and cover the cost of postage (UK only - overseas postage will be charged at actual cost).

Items returned to us either faulty or wrongly delivered: we will do our very best to replace the original item as quickly as possible (or provide a refund if preferred) and will cover/refund the cost of postage to return those items to us.

Please note: With items that come in 'Assorted Colours', for example some rashvests, wetsuits, leashes etc we do not refund the postage on returned items because the colour is not the same as the product in the photograph on the website.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds/replacements on Sports Tables, Mountain Boards, Indo Boards or Renner Skateboards.

How to return your items: 
Firstly, complete and send the returns form below. We will then send you an authorisation number (you'll receive this Mon - Fri, during office hours only - please also check your Spam folder for our reply). This must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package and sent back to us at the returns address we supply you with.

For your protection we advise using a recorded delivery service that requires proof of delivery. You are responsible for any returned item until its safe receipt by Rip101.com, including items sent to our Freepost address; we cannot accept any responsibility for items sent to us that are subsequently lost in the post. Please note we will not accept items returned by hand.

Finally, please don't ask to return items purchased from other stores!! For legal reasons we cannot accept any item not purchased either from Rip101.com or via our Amazon or Ebay stores, sorry!
