Returns
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase from Rip101.com you may return it up to 14 days from the date of purchase.
Returned items must be in original packaging, unused and MUST have all price tags attached. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase and there is no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the items only. You will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us using a recorded delivery service which requires a proof of delivery.
Items being returned for exchange the same conditions apply as above,
however providing the value of the new purchase is the same or greater than the original purchase we will send the new items and cover the cost of postage.
Items returned to us either faulty or wrongly delivered, we will refund the
cost of postage to return those items to us.
Please note: With items that come in ‘Assorted Colours’, for example some rashvests, wetsuits, leashes etc we do not refund the postage on returned items because the colour is not the same as product in the photograph on the website.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds/replacements on Sports Tables, Carveboards or Mountain Boards.
Christmas Returns:
As we hope you will be doing some Christmas shopping with us, we have extended our returns dates over the festive season from the usual 14 days. Orders placed in December may be returned up to the 7th January.
Sales Returns:
Unfortunately we are unable to give refunds on items which have been reduced in a sale. (A sale item is recognisable as it has the 'Previous' & 'Sale' price displayed in the products description). eg: Was £17.99 - Sale Price: £9.00
In the event of a 'sale' item being unsuitable, you can choose a replacement item from the website for an exchange or we can issue you with a credit note. If there is any difference in price between the original item ordered and the replacement item, your card will be debited/credited for that difference.
Please note: If you wish to return an item for exchange and there is a difference in price because the item has been reduced in price (Rip101 would have previously sold the item for the 'Was' price) then the difference will be calculated using the 'Was' price - not the reduced 'Sale' price.
How to return your Items.
Firstly, complete and send the returns form below. We will then send you an authorisation number, which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package and sent back to us at the returns address we supply you with.
For your protection we advise using a recorded delivery service that requires proof of delivery. You are responsible for any returned item until its safe receipt by Rip101.com. Please note we will not accept items returned by hand.
We will not accept any items returned for any reason without an authorisation number.
